Key Terms Globalization: the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas and other aspects of culture. Multinational Corporation: corporation that has its facilities and other assets in at least one country other than its home country. North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA): an agreement signed by Canada, Mexico, and the United States, creating a trilateral rules-based trade bloc in North America. Global Warming: a gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth's atmosphere generally attributed to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and other pollutants.
